By accessing and using TOLLPASSEPLATFORM.EU services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
TOLL E-PLATFORM LTD provides electronic tolling services including:
- E-Vignette purchases for light vehicles
- Route Pass purchases for heavy vehicles
- OBU device registration and management
- EETS interoperability services
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle registration information
- Ensure sufficient funds for SEPA Direct Debit payments
- Use purchased vignettes only for the registered vehicle
- Not transfer or resell purchased vignettes
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed via SEPA Direct Debit. By providing your IBAN and authorizing the mandate, you consent to automatic debiting of your account for purchased services.
All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
E-Vignettes and Route Passes are non-refundable once activated. In case of technical errors, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any fines or penalties incurred due to incorrect vehicle information provided by the user. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
